HelpPlug-InsThe Browser Tuneup utility will tell you whether or not media players and plugin programs are present on your computer and, when they are present, whether they are up-to-date. To check and update media programs or plug-ins:
System RequirementsMyHistoryKitTo see the full list of software platforms (PC and Mac) and browsers (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox) that are supported, please log in to MyHistoryKit and find the Help icon in the upper-right corner. At that location, click the icon to open the Site Help window. The Site Help online manual contains up-to-date information about site requirements. You can also find information posted about Grade Tracker, how to view your Pearson account summary, and how to use Site Search. The Browser Tuneup can be accessed from within the Help section, too. Cookies and JavaScript options MyHistoryKit may use both cookies and JavaScript technology. (Cookies provide a way for the website to identify users and keep track of their preferences.) Both of these features must be turned on in your browser and are usually enabled by default. See your browser Help for instructions on how to view or change these browser options. Popup windows Some features of this website display in a popup browser window. If you are using a browser that offers popup control or are running an add-on program to control popups, you may need to take steps to use such features. The steps to take depend on the browser or add-on program you are using. Additional software Depending on the content at your site, you may also need to download one or more free plug-ins (such as Adobe ® Reader ® or Macromedia ® Flash™ . You can use the Browser Tuneup to check whether a plug-in is installed. If it is not, or you need to upgrade your version, you can follow links to download it. Your AccountForgot your login name or password? Go to https://register.pearsoncmg.com/forgotlogin/fl_enter_dat a.jsp to request your login or password information. This information will be emailed to the address you entered when you redeemed your access code card and created your Pearson Education subscription. Update your information and view your account summary. Go to https://register.pearsoncmg.com/userprofile/up_login.jsp to update your subscription information. After logging in, you can update the email address you have on file, change your login name or password, or review the expiration dates of your subscriptions.
